As a projector, the JVC DLA-NX7 combines DILA technology with a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160, and is additionally specified with 1900 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 80000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 4500 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.2 years based on two hours of use per day. You can choose between black and white for the housing color. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Lens Shift Calculator is recommended. Regarding projection size, the value of 1900 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 443 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 295 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by JVC. However, it remains one of the frequently accessed models in our database.
