The projector DLA-NZ9 by JVC operates as a 3D-DILA device with 3000 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution and a contrast of 100000:1. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. This model is available with either a black or white housing. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to perfectly align the image even with off-center installations – exact dimensions are provided by the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 352 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2021 and is officially no longer distributed by JVC. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
