As a projector for the Short Distance sector, the Panasonic PT-TW250 is equipped with 2700 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 5000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 4000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 92 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 352 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2014, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
