The hardware properties of the PT DW8300E/U (USA) manufactured by Panasonic include 9600 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1366 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 10000:1. According to Panasonic, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 9600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 995 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 663 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
