This projector is named PT-TMX380, originates from Panasonic, and its data sheet shows 3800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 92 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 537 cm can be illuminated with 3800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 358 cm.
