The equipment of the Panasonic PT-RQ100 projector includes 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 with a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 display. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 10000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1016 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 677 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic.
