The basic data of the Acer P1100 includes 2600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 as well as a contrast of 4000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 2600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 296 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 28 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2010 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.

Have been using the projector for a long time and am very satisfied. Everything was ok with a laptop, but now I wanted to project videos onto a screen with my Smartbook S7. Unfortunately it doesn‘t work, although I bought a SlimPort to HDMI adapter. If you have an uncomplicated free idea, I would be grateful

Top device
I‘ve had the projector for over a year now and I‘m still thrilled.in this price segment (I paid €349) you won‘t find an HDMI input with many providers. Never had any problems with Blu Ray‘s, and the picture quality is also very good. 5 stars from me because the price-performance ratio simply fits.

Question about 3D
Hi guys, I was thinking about buying a pair of 3D glasses. But the projector (Acer p1100) only has an HDMI 1.3 interface. But I have heard that if I want to watch a 3D BluRay I also need an HDMI 1.4 interface on the PC and projector. How can I now watch 3D BluRays with a PC and my above-mentioned projector?

P1100 it‘s awesome
I ordered it online from MediaMarkt and picked it up a day later from the store around the corner.
For 379.-€. I had an LCD Medion before and I really have to say that it didn‘t disappoint me. Very good results in daylight and no rainbows, only short flashes in pure black. I couldn‘t test 3D yet but PS3 and it‘s worth the money
