Model Overview

According to Sony, the VPL-VW915ES model has 2000 ANSI lumens and a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160.
Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projection Calculator.
A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 214 cm.
In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 24 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2020 and is no longer part of Sony's current product range.
