The basic data of the Hitachi CP AW2505 includes 2700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 as well as a contrast of 10000:1. According to Hitachi, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 60 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 352 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Hitachi's current product range.
