The RU7700Z model from Vivitek combines DLP technology in the Stationary sector with 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the ISO lumen values. A look at the light output reveals: The 10000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 964 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 643 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs.
