Categorized in the Stationary segment, the D5005 projector from Vivitek projects with a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution, alongside 5200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2500:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1500 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 5200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 628 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 419 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. This model dates back to 2010 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range.
