Equipped with DLP technology, the Vivitek DU9000 offers 12000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 12000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1113 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 742 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range.
