Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the PLC XW50 model from Sanyo features 1500 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 400:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1500 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 225 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Sanyo.

I bought the projector for 120 € in the bay and am absolutely satisfied. You can hardly hear it and it produces a great picture. I‘ve now got 2400 hours down Toitoitoi. The only small drawback is the brightness, you have to darken the room to really enjoy the movies.

Great performance for the price!
I bought a PLC XW50 and am quite satisfied. Good picture thanks to the slightly higher resolution compared to cheap devices, the fan is also quiet and the whole thing is so wonderfully light. Go for it!
