The equipment of the Sanyo PLC XF42 projector includes 9000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1100:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 9000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 826 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 551 cm. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Sanyo's current product range. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
