The projector ImagePro 8940 by Dukane utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 367 cm. The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Dukane.
