The hardware properties of the ImagePro 8404A 3D manufactured by Dukane include 2800 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 3000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 461 cm can be illuminated with 2800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 307 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
