The iVision 50 WUXGA XB (Preliminary) model is a 3D-DLP projector from Digital Projection, intended for Stationary applications, offering 2700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5300:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 528 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 352 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
