A projector from Digital Projection is the E-Vision 5000 UST, whose 3D-Laser-DLP model delivers 6250 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 3000000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 15000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 10.3 years. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 50 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the ISO lumen values. Regarding projection size, the value of 6250 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 803 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 535 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
