The Roadie HD+35K model from Christie combines DLP technology in the Event sector with 32500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a native HD2K 2048 x 1080 resolution. According to Christie, the lamp has a durability of 750 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 1570 cm can be illuminated with 32500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 1047 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie. However, it remains frequently searched within our database. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
