Based on LCD technology, the Christie LX32 projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 800:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1000 hours for this projector's lamp. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 329 cm. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 28 decibels. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie.
