The E3855 model from ASK Proxima combines DLP technology in the Stationary sector with 8500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6000:1 and a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 8500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 803 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 535 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
