Behind the name E1660 is a LCD projector by ASK Proxima, whose main features include 6600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 6600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 707 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 471 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by ASK Proxima.
