As a projector, the ASK Proxima C3320W combines LCD technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 3200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 4000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 575 cm can be illuminated with 3200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 383 cm. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
