Categorized in the Standard-Portabel segment, the TLP S30 projector from Toshiba projects with a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution, alongside 1400 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 400:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. A look at the light output reveals: The 1400 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 326 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 217 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.

Have been using the projector since 2003. The picture quality improves in ECO lamp mode. It also makes the otherwise somewhat loud fan really bearable. Had tested many projectors before buying (sat at the source myself) and at that time had none!!! beamer "experienced" that could top this price/performance ratio and there is still nothing to complain about in terms of sharpness and smoothness of the image. Just cracked the 3000 h mark. Device still runs without complaint. With best recommendation

Very good device !!!
Not quite the latest device, but image reproduction very good.simple menu navigation. The lamp lasts forever in economy mode and is highly recommended for gaming and home cinema evenings. You should always make sure the filter is clean. I am still very satisfied today and very impressed by the long service life of the device and the lamp.

It‘s worth it!!!
We bought the set in 2007 and are very happy with it. The device is installed in my daughter‘s room and is mostly used for the Ps2, and when the girls play "Singstar", the slightly louder operating noise is not a problem. I can only recommend the device!

TLP S30
Have had the projector for almost 3 years and am very satisfied. I use it exclusively as a home theater. The somewhat loud running noise doesn‘t bother me as I have the projector in an adjoining room and operate it with the remote control.
The light intensity is only sufficient but this is made up for by the good picture quality.

top-device.....
...back in 2003.
ran with the first lamp 3,700 h without any problems (until the lamp burst......). it could have been a bit quieter, but then it probably wouldn‘t have run for so long....

Toshiba projector TLP S30
The projector itself is good... but about 2000 H... I‘m not laughing... 3 times already, after 1000 each time I had to buy a new bulb... and I don‘t even move the projector... and the noise... good thing they don‘t mention it here... it‘s very loud.
