The technical data of the Toshiba TDP S20 includes 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 as well as a SVGA 800 x 600 display. According to Toshiba, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 302 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 201 cm. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Toshiba's current product range. Good day! I have had the TDPS20 for a long time and it has always worked perfectly. But now all the pictures on the screen are pinkish-purple and of poor quality. Is this due to the lamp? The error cannot be rectified in the settings. Can you give me any advice on this?

Super device
I have had the projector for a good 10 years now. Simply a super device! Unfortunately, the lamp is now broken. The price of the lamp compared to a new projector with more power (ANSI / contrast) is unjustified. So I will probably have to say goodbye to my TLP S 20 ... :-(

A super projector for home cinema
Hello, I‘ve been using the Toshiba TDP S20 in my home cinema for a long time. I‘ve seen and tried a few projectors, but the TDP S20 is simply unbeatable. Despite its low price, it throws clear, clean colors on the screen and produces a brilliant picture. It is also whisper quiet. I also had no problems setting it up. It is currently hanging on my ceiling, so I can only recommend it. I am very satisfied.
