A projector from LG is the RD JS24, whose DLP model delivers 3200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 2000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 493 cm can be illuminated with 3200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 329 cm. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
