Behind the name BX254 is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector by LG, whose main features include 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2100:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to LG, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 435 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 290 cm. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
