The projector Rayo S1 by Canon operates as a DLP device with 100 ANSI lumens, a WVGA 854 x 480 resolution and a contrast of 800:1. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 10000 hours of runtime – calculating to 6.8 years at four hours of use per day. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. A look at the light output reveals: The 100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 102 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 68 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. With a value of only 18 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
