The projector 4K SIM2 xTV Q&C-C originates from SIM2 and operates as a Laser-DLP device with 2900 ANSI lumens and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 25000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 17.1 years possible. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 50 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 2900 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 547 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 365 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device.
