The basic data of the Chinavasion CVAK E260 DroidBeam includes 180 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 as well as a contrast of 2000:1. An LED lifespan of 50000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 34.2 years possible. To make performance data comparable based on the lumen specifications, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. A look at the light output reveals: The 180 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 117 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 78 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. With a value of only 30 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Chinavasion.
