Known as the CVAK-E255, this LED-LCD projector by Chinavasion features basic specs of 420 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 50000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 34.2 years. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. Regarding projection size, the value of 420 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 178 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 119 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Chinavasion.
