Behind the name Cambridge WX36N is a LED-LCD projector by Boxlight, whose main features include 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Regarding projection size, the value of 3600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 407 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Boxlight.
