The L1 Pro model is a LED-LCD projector from Xiaomi, intended for Micro-Portabel applications, offering 500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in ISO lumen values, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. Looking at practical performance, up to 227 cm can be illuminated with 500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 151 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. Android TV is integrated as a smart platform, enabling direct access to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
