The Wemax Nova Pro is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector that brings 2625 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution alongside a contrast of 3000:1. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 47 cm. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the ISO lumen values. Regarding projection size, the value of 2625 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 521 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 347 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
