The S8 MultiMedia is a DLP projector by Davis, whose specifications list 900 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 261 cm can be illuminated with 900 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 174 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Davis.
