Behind the name Blackwing 1 Laser MK2024 is a 3D-LCOS projector by CineVersum, whose main features include 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 40000:1 and a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Projector Calculator is available for room planning. A look at the light output reveals: The 2200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 249 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 166 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2024 and is no longer part of CineVersum's current product range.
