The hardware properties of the C5 Compact manufactured by ASK include 800 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 300:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. A look at the light output reveals: The 800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 246 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 164 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from ASK's current lineup.
