The Vidikron Vision Model 12 is a DLP projector offering 820 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2550:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 768. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Projector Calculator is available for room planning. Regarding projection size, the value of 820 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 291 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 194 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Vidikron.
