The X3 is a LED-LCD projector by Polocsh, whose specifications list 300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. Polocsh lists a runtime of 30000 hours for the LED in this projector – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. Regarding projection size, the value of 300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 284 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 189 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 25 decibels.
