This projector from Hisense utilizes 3D-Laser-DLP technology, achieving 2500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 3000:1 at a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 30000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 20.5 years possible. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 40 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 508 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 339 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since the projector supports Airplay and DLNA screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
