Known as the Z720, this LED-LCD projector by Excelvan features basic specs of 198 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 at a WXGA 1280 x 768 resolution. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 20000 hours of runtime – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Projector Calculator is available for room planning. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in lumen specifications, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. Looking at practical performance, up to 143 cm can be illuminated with 198 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 95 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Excelvan's current lineup.
