The mp3130 is a DLP projector by Compaq, whose specifications list 1800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 1800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 369 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 246 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
