The AT X8540 model is a LCD projector from ACTO, intended for Stationary applications, offering 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 at XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 20000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 27.4 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 4500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
